Algebra is the language of    numbers /mathematics                        . In algebra we use letters        to represent  mathematics/ numbers. Finally and most importantly, we can use algebra to solve problems         .

soccer

On Monday the 16th we played soccer
with James.It was my first time playing
soccer. My favourite part was when we
were dribbling the ball around the field.
I really want to play soccer now but I’ll
have to wait till next term, huh? Well at
least I got to have a go at dribbling. YAY!!!!!! 

When we went back to the class room
I felt sad it had been soooooo much fun.

Cross Country

This is my writing about Cross Country                         

Yesterday was cross country. It was amazing because I won my race.  

When  I got to school  I had to get my reading checked then we got changed into the school uniform which is a tee-shirt and shorts.                                                                           

The race was held at Mr Jones farm. There were alot of other schools there too.We had to race in age groups. I was in the years 5 and 6 group.

To start the race Sir said GO! Then we were off as fast as the wind. I came 1st place yay! The end.

book character day

Yesterday it was book character day and I was dressed up as Rapunzel, here is a picture of me.I really wanted to be Elsa but my Elsa costume is torn. Huh. But at least I found a costume to dress up in for dress up day. It was soooo fun. I hope you liked my story on book character day. By Grace
